Homemade Ice Lollies


A delicious, healthy treat that children can help to make at home using ice lolly moulds. You can experiment with different fruits and flavours – this recipe uses two of our favourites.

1. Blend your kiwis, bananas and splash of apple juice until smooth and pour into the lolly moulds. Make sure to leave enough space at the top to put the stick in, as the juice will expand when frozen.

2. Blend the strawberries, raspberries, yoghurt and orange juice and repeat the same process as with above. 

3. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day.

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped

  • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped

  • Splash of apple juice

  • 12 strawberries

  • Handful of raspberries

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

  • Splash of fresh orange juice
