These frozen lollies are a delicious sweet treat, perfect for warmer weather. This recipe is also a great way of using up any overripe bananas.
1. Place your halved bananas on a tray and push a lolly stick into each.
2. Freeze the bananas overnight, ready to finish off the next day.
3. Melt the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and dip in the frozen bananas until covered. Tap off any excess chocolate and finish by decorating with sprinkles.
4. Place each chocolate-covered banana back on the tray and into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
