Freezing Blueberries

To maximise freshness and flavour of the berries, it’s best to do an initial blast freeze before storing blueberries. To do this, line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the blueberries in a single layer. Pop in the freezer until solid, this usually takes a few hours but if it’s more convenient, they can be left overnight. Try dipping the blueberries in your favourite yogurt before you freeze, they make a perfect mid-morning snack or breakfast bowl topper.
