Salmon swirls
Serves 4/ Time 15 mins
Calories 179 per portion / Fat 12G (of which 6.3G is saturated)
Ingredients
Soft cream cheese 110g (4oz)
Soured cream 2 tbsp
Spring onions 3, finely chopped
Lemon 1/2, finely grated rind
Sliced smoked salmon 2 X 120g packs
Lemon wedges and rocket to serve optional
Instructions
1 Mix together cheese, cream, spring onions and lemon rind. Season to taste.
2 Arrange slices of salmon, slightly overlapping, on a large piece of clingfilm to make a 20cm (8 inch) square. Spread with cheese mixture then roll up like a Swiss roll. Wrap clingfilm around salmon and chill well.
3 When ready to serve, unwrap, slice and garnish with lemon wedges and a few rocket leaves, if using.
